Why use yellow? Or green? Or blue?

I came across this graphic at Drew's Marketing Minute and thought it was pretty interesting. What do you all think? Click on the image to enlarge.

Reminder cards bring in the business (and they’re easier to do than you may think)

I want to talk a little bit about reminder cards today. Newsletters Ink PLUS can provide these reminder cards and I will explain that process too.

Reminder cards are one of the most cost-effective methods of bringing existing customers back through your doors.  They could work to remind your clients of any of the following:

·        Annual inspection for automobile
·        Regularly scheduled teeth cleaning
·        Eye exam – glasses or contacts
·        Seasonal heating/air conditioning check-up
·        Quarterly oil change
·        Birthday cards (not a reminder card, but a nice personal marketing touch)

We make it easy for you to use this marketing tool while saving staff time, money, and aggravation.  We’ll take care of everything from design to delivery.  Three easy steps will get your started:

1.      Estimate the number of postcards or birthday cards you’ll need for the year, and order a batch that should cover that amount.
2.      Send your mailing list to Mailservice Ink as you normally would, but add in the necessary dates.  If you’re not a Mailservice Ink customer don’t worry; setup is a breeze.
3.      Establish a schedule with Mailservice Ink and they’ll start the mailings.  The most cost-effective schedule would probably be once a month, but your particular needs determine the timing.

That’s it!  It’s that easy.  We have templates available for the postcards; you have the option of dropping your contact information into the template, or you can design your own if you would like.

Why relationship marketing works

Getting on the first page of Google is one of the most competitive games in marketing.

It’s also not really necessary…

At Newsletters Ink PLUS, our best clients have found success by using a client newsletter as the centerpiece of a Relationship Marketing plan. Relationship Marketing is the process of building upon the trust that current and former clients have in your firm, which will inspire loyalty and increase referrals. If done consistently, it can put you in a position to never have to worry about Google rankings again; your clients, and their friends and family, won’t have to go looking for you when the need arises. You’ll already be in the forefront of their minds and will be their first call.
